Do I need a license to perform Body Sculpting?
In many states, a specific license is not required for non-invasive body sculpting treatments. However, regulations differ by state, and some have specific licensing requirements:
- Colorado (CO): Must hold a Cosmetologist or Esthetician license or be a licensed medical professional. More information.
- Florida (FL): Requires a "license to touch." Additional information.
