Warranty Policy
Cavitation Machines, LLC is committed to providing high-quality aesthetic equipment and responsive support. All devices are covered by a limited warranty, as outlined below.
Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise stated on the product page or invoice, the following coverage applies from the delivery date:
- Main unit (Machine) - 1 year limited warranty
- Vacuum, Cavitation, RF, EMS & ultrasonic handles and pads - 90 day limited warranty
- Power supplies, circuit boards, and screens - 6 month limited warranty (unless otherwise specified)
- Consumables and accessories (filters, gels, cords, hoses, fuses, etc.) - not covered
Damage due to misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, improper care, or commercial overuse is not covered.
Definition of Limited Warranty
A limited warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship during the stated time period, under normal use. It does not cover cosmetic wear, accidental damage, or misuse. Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of the defective component and does not entitle the customer to a refund or product upgrade.
Warranty Process
Email info@cavitationmachines.com with your order number, serial number (if applicable), a description of the issue, and photo/video evidence.
Our team will review the claim within 1-2 business days and may request additional details.
If approved, we will coordinate with the manufacturer to provide a replacement part or initiate repair. In some cases, return of the defective component may be required.
Customer Responsibilities;
- Retain proof of purchase
- Follow all setup and usage instructions
- Use only approved accessories and conductive products
- Avoid unauthorized modifications or disassembly
- Properly package returns when requested
Return shipping costs are typically the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Due to high order volumes, please allow 2-5 business days for order processing.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please note: tracking updates may not activate immediately and often begin once your shipment reaches U.S. shores and is transferred to a domestic carrier.
We dispatch orders from multiple fulfillment centers based on product availability. This includes three U.S. based warehouses and two international facilities to serve you more effectively.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the 50 U.S. states. Free shipping is now available to major metro areas in Canada, Europe, and Australia (duties and taxes not included).

- Domestic Orders (U.S.): Standard shipping takes approximately 7–10 business days after processing and carrier pickup. Orders shipped directly from our U.S. stock typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on the logistics location.
- International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and delivery distance. Delivery times vary by region.
International Shipping and Tariff Delays
