Order Processing

Due to high order volumes, please allow 2-5 business days for order processing.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please note: tracking updates may not activate immediately and often begin once your shipment reaches U.S. shores and is transferred to a domestic carrier.

We dispatch orders from multiple fulfillment centers based on product availability. This includes three U.S. based warehouses and two international facilities to serve you more effectively.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the 50 U.S. states. Free shipping is now available to major metro areas in Canada, Europe, and Australia (duties and taxes not included).

Shipping Time

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

• Domestic Orders (U.S.): Standard shipping takes approximately 7–10 business days after processing and carrier pickup. Orders shipped directly from our U.S. stock typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on the logistics location.
• International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and delivery distance. Delivery times vary by region.

International Shipping and Tariff Delays

• Please be advised that ongoing international shipping and tariff-related delays may impact estimated delivery times, particularly for customized or high-value equipment.
• We are actively monitoring these delays and will keep you informed of any shipment disruptions. We appreciate your patience during these unpredictable global logistics conditions.
• International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Customized Units

All customized units are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the specialized nature of these items, all sales are final once production has started. Please review all custom options carefully before placing your order.

Order Tracking

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking may not become active until your shipment clears U.S. customs and is received by FedEx, UPS, or another domestic carrier.
• You can track your package using the tracking link provided or directly on the carrier’s website.

Warranty Policy

Cavitation Machines, LLC is committed to providing high-quality aesthetic equipment and responsive support. All devices are covered by a limited warranty, as outlined below.

Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or invoice, the following coverage applies from the delivery date:

• Main unit (Machine) - 1 year limited warranty
• Vacuum, Cavitation, RF, EMS & ultrasonic handles and pads - 90 day limited warranty
• Power supplies, circuit boards, and screens - 6 month limited warranty (unless otherwise specified)
• Consumables and accessories (filters, gels, cords, hoses, fuses, etc.) - not covered

Damage due to misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, improper care, or commercial overuse is not covered.

Definition of Limited Warranty

A limited warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship during the stated time period, under normal use. It does not cover cosmetic wear, accidental damage, or misuse. Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of the defective component and does not entitle the customer to a refund or product upgrade.

Warranty Process

1. Email info@cavitationmachines.com with your order number, serial number (if applicable), a description of the issue, and photo/video evidence.
2. Our team will review the claim within 1-2 business days and may request additional details.
3. If approved, we will coordinate with the manufacturer to provide a replacement part or initiate repair. In some cases, return of the defective component may be required.

Customer Responsibilities;

• Retain proof of purchase
• Follow all setup and usage instructions
• Use only approved accessories and conductive products
• Avoid unauthorized modifications or disassembly
• Properly package returns when requested

Return shipping costs are typically the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Cavitation Machines, LLC does not manufacture the products sold. We coordinate warranty service in good faith during the valid warranty period. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties beyond the terms listed here, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to:

• Similar protections in your state or jurisdiction

Return Policy

We strive to provide you with products of the highest quality. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our return policy below:

We stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a 30 day 100% money-back guarantee on all purchases made through CavitationMachines.com. If you receive a defective product, simply notify us within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll provide a full refund or replacement. This policy ensures you can shop with confidence, knowing that your investment is protected against any manufacturing defects.

For returns due to a change of heart or mind, the original shipping cost (which was provided for free) will be deducted from your refund. While we offer free shipping in good faith, this deduction is necessary when returning fully functional items for non-defective reasons. Please note, this is separate from the 15% restocking fee that will also apply to your return.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return, the item must be in good condition and returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Returns must retain original packaging and packaging materials.

1) Return Process: You can log into your account and initiate the return process.

2) Return Approval: Return approvals may take 2-3 business days to process. Once approved, you’ll receive further instructions on how to complete your return.

• Once a return is approved, customers will have 7 days to ship the item back to the specified return address. If the item is not shipped within this timeframe, the return authorization will be voided, and the return will no longer be eligible for a refund

3) Return Shipping: The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

• The returned item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4) Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process the refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• Refunds for non defective items will incur a 15% restocking fee to cover the cost of processing and handling. This fee applies to all eligible returns.
• Please ensure that items are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are non-returnable:

• Personal care items (e.g., gels, creams, and oils)
  
• Cavitation and RF treatment accessories such as applicators, pads, and probes
• Hair removal and skin therapy devices
• Cavitation Handles (All cavitation handle sales on this website are final. Due to the nature of these components, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for cavitation handles. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility with their existing equipment before making a purchase. We are not liable for any issues resulting from incompatibility with non-affiliated machines or devices.)
• Customized units are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of these products, all sales are final once production begins

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and a new order can be placed separately.

Refused, Undeliverable & Missed Delivery Policy:

If your order is refused at the time of delivery, or returned to us due to missed delivery attempts, the following policies apply:

Refused Packages (Buyer’s Remorse):

If you refuse delivery due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., no longer want the item, ordered by mistake):

• Refunds are issued only after the package is returned to our facility and scanned back into inventory.
• Return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
• We recommend contacting us before refusing a package to avoid processing delays.

Undeliverable Packages (Missed Delivery Attempts):

If a package is returned to us by the courier after three failed delivery attempts or due to:

• Incomplete or incorrect address information,
• Failure to pick up from a local access point or post office within the courier's hold time,
• Or the recipient being unavailable during delivery windows,

The package will be treated the same as a refused package:

• Refunds will be processed only after the item is received back at our warehouse.
• Return shipping charges and restocking fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Exceptions:

If the return is due to a shipping error or damage caused during transit, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement once the item is returned and inspected.
