Customized Units

Warranty Policy
Cavitation Machines, LLC is committed to providing high-quality aesthetic equipment and responsive support. All devices are covered by a limited warranty, as outlined below.
Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise stated on the product page or invoice, the following coverage applies from the delivery date:
- Main unit (Machine) - 1 year limited warranty
- Vacuum, Cavitation, RF, EMS & ultrasonic handles and pads - 90 day limited warranty
- Power supplies, circuit boards, and screens - 6 month limited warranty (unless otherwise specified)
- Consumables and accessories (filters, gels, cords, hoses, fuses, etc.) - not covered
Damage due to misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, improper care, or commercial overuse is not covered.
Definition of Limited Warranty
A limited warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship during the stated time period, under normal use. It does not cover cosmetic wear, accidental damage, or misuse. Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of the defective component and does not entitle the customer to a refund or product upgrade.
Warranty Process

- Our team will review the claim within 1-2 business days and may request additional details.
- If approved, we will coordinate with the manufacturer to provide a replacement part or initiate repair. In some cases, return of the defective component may be required.

If you receive a defective product, simply notify us within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll provide a full refund or replacement. This policy ensures you can shop with confidence, knowing that your investment is protected against any manufacturing defects.
For returns due to a change of heart or mind, the original shipping cost (which was provided for free) will be deducted from your refund. While we offer free shipping in good faith, this deduction is necessary when returning fully functional items for non-defective reasons. Please note, this is separate from the 15% restocking fee that will also apply to your return.
Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, the item must be in good condition and returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Returns must retain original packaging and packaging materials.
1) Return Process: You can log into your account and initiate the return process.
2) Return Approval: Return approvals may take 2-3 business days to process. Once approved, you’ll receive further instructions on how to complete your return.
- Once a return is approved, customers will have 7 days to ship the item back to the specified return address. If the item is not shipped within this timeframe, the return authorization will be voided, and the return will no longer be eligible for a refund
3) Return Shipping: The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
- The returned item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4) Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
- Refunds for non defective items will incur a 15% restocking fee to cover the cost of processing and handling. This fee applies to all eligible returns.
- Please ensure that items are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are non-returnable:
- Personal care items (e.g., gels, creams, and oils)

- Hair removal and skin therapy devices
- Cavitation Handles (All cavitation handle sales on this website are final. Due to the nature of these components, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for cavitation handles. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility with their existing equipment before making a purchase. We are not liable for any issues resulting from incompatibility with non-affiliated machines or devices.)
- Customized units are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of these products, all sales are final once production begins
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and a new order can be placed separately.
Refused, Undeliverable & Missed Delivery Policy:
If your order is refused at the time of delivery, or returned to us due to missed delivery attempts, the following policies apply:
Refused Packages (Buyer’s Remorse):
If you refuse delivery due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., no longer want the item, ordered by mistake):
- Refunds are issued only after the package is returned to our facility and scanned back into inventory.
- Return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.

Undeliverable Packages (Missed Delivery Attempts):
If a package is returned to us by the courier after three failed delivery attempts or due to:

The package will be treated the same as a refused package:
