Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise stated on the product page or invoice, the following coverage applies from the delivery date:
- Main unit (Machine) - 1 year limited warranty
- All treatment handles/handpieces, including but not limited to Vacuum, Cavitation, Radio Frequency (RF), EMS, Ultrasonic, and any other treatment attachments supplied with the machine.
- Power supplies, circuit boards, and screens - 6 month limited warranty (unless otherwise specified)
- Consumables and accessories (filters, gels, cords, hoses, fuses, etc.) - not covered
Damage due to misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, improper care, or commercial overuse is not covered.
Definition of Limited Warranty
A limited warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship during the stated time period, under normal use. It does not cover cosmetic wear, accidental damage, or misuse.
